Five Card Charlie - Blackjack Rules

You may of heard of a Five Card Charlie before and then again you may not have, if you fall into the latter category allow us to explain what this means.
A Five Card Charlie simply means that you have been dealt five cards in your Blackjack hand without going over 21 in total. Some Blackjack variants will, when such an occasion arises, automatically allow you to win that hand. You can on average expect such a hand once in every 50 hands.
A Six Card Charlie is much like a Five Card Charlie but you have managed to get 6 cards in your hand, again without going over 21 in total. This event is fairly rare and on average you can expect a Six Card Charlie once in every 400 hands.
A Seven Card Charlie means you have hit 7 cards that haven't pushed you over 21 in total. This hand won't appear too often as the odds on getting it are around one in 4,600.
An Eight Card Charlie is rare and to get Eight cards dealt to you without going over 21 won't be an every day occurrence, especially when you learn the average odds of this event are one in 79,000!
A Nine Card Charlie can appear, however with the odds of this happening being around 1 in 2,200,200 you could play for years without ever seeing one.
A Ten Card Charlie is a once in a lifetime hand (unless you play non stop, all day everyday!) it's a 1 in 100,000,000 event so don't expect to be dealt 10 cards without exceeding 21 very often!
Have you tried the Bonus Blackjack game that is featured on the Blackjack Strategy card on the right hand side? If you fancy playing Blackjack with a sidebet that pays out some healthy amounts once you get dealt certain 'rare-ish' hands then this is definitely the game for you.
The sidebet is optional and should you get dealt (on your first two cards) Jack and an Ace of Spades you will be paid out at odds of 50-1 of your sidebet amount.
An Ace and Jack suited gets you a payout of 25-1 and any two cards that are suited will return payout odds of 5-2
